About the Role:

In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce and related applications. You will support and enhance DevOps processes, applying intelligent automation for quality assurance and continuous integration. The position combines engineering and analytics to ensure flawless product performance and reliability across Celigo’s automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated QA scripts for Salesforce applications using approved tools and frameworks.
• Develop and execute test plans focused on Salesforce functionalities like Flows, Triggers, and Apex Jobs.
• Integrate QA automation into CI/CD DevOps pipelines for continuous improvement.
• Use AI-driven testing methods for intelligent bug detection and analytics-based QA enhancement.
• Maintain data quality across GTM (Go-To-Market) systems.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive software testing.
• Track and report quality metrics while improving processes and test documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance testing methodologies with new tools and practices.

Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Jira, Selenium, Gearset, CI/CD, DevOps, AI Automation, Quality Metrics Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in software QA/testing with at least 1 year in Salesforce automation.
• Experience using automation tools such as Jira, Gearset, AccelQ, or Selenium.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Apex, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java).
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, including Lightning Components and DevOps Center.
• Strong understanding of QA metrics and development discipline (version control, code reviews).
• Experience in AI-based test automation or testing within financial/investment domains is a plus.
